We meet the frequently demand for very lightweight parts with high stiffness and strength by load driven designs of the parts and by selection of special material, the carbon or glass fibre reinforced plastics.

We are able to produce parts of carbon or glass fibre reinforced plastics in our own facilities. Our knowledge in manufacturing of parts with high stiffness, strength and thermal stability results from space projects. Of course this knowledge is available and applicable for industrial applications too.

We are able to manufacture fibre reinforced plastic tubes with a length up to 2.5 meters (with an advance booking also up to 8 meters) in one piece. We produce it in Filament-Winding-Technology. Furthermore we offer the completion of these parts with mechanical fittings and flanges. With our assembling technology it is possible to connect the parts -usually carbon fibre reinforcement plastics- with titanium or aluminium fittings. Thereby the reinforcement and thermal stability features of the parts are preserved.
