These include
- detection of stress level in loaded parts,
- detection of errors in fibre reinforced components and
- selection and evaluation of interconnection errors and short circuits at thin film solar arrays (in coorporation with Fraunhoferinstitut IZFP)
- thermal cycling of components and devices in the range from -180 to 100°C in vacuum or in a nitrogen atmosphere (pressure≤0,01 mbar, volume up to 1,5m³)
- thermal conductivity determination of components
- comparative efficiency measurement of solar cells
